How to access the Akashic Records with Astral Travel

The Akashic Records are accessible from the real-time zone (RTZ) of the astral plane of consciousness. Individuals who are able to astral travel have the skills required to reach this location.

RTZ consciousness requires a higher state of consciousness than regular Lucid dreaming and astral projection experiences. Since the collective level of consciousness on our planet is so low, few people are capable of experiencing the real time zone. These people are few and far between.

How to access the RTZ astral plane

Accessing the RTZ involves a process of clearing mental distortions and calming the mind. For most people, accessing the astral plane is impossible because their mental distortions cloud the true experience and substitute it with illusions coming from their own minds. Our Lucid dreaming experiences tend to fall into one of three categories.

Full projections: The experience is 100% created from our own thoughts, desires, neuroses, and internal states.
Partial projections: Our internal states still cloud a great deal of the experience, but glimpses and short travels into the RTZ astral plane are possible.
No projections at all: The mind does not interfere at all. This is the full experience of the astral plane as it is, rather than as we expect to see it. This is the most rare form of astral travel.

Spirit Guides

Since the average human cannot access this unfiltered level of consciousness, sometimes it is useful to ask for a spirit guide to guide us towards the Akashic Records. If we are lucid enough, once we get there the presence in the records is easier to maintain.
